Inspired by the Thomas Kinkade painting the Illuminated “North Pole Village” Collection
Great additon to your train layout for a journey to the North Pole or a freestanding structure . Enhance your layout for Christmas with this detailed structure.
Scratch build, hand painted with realistic snow, two real stone chimneys, realistic looking stone exterior and real grout used on the exterior stone work.
Each exterior "stone" individually cut and positioned to resemble a real stone house. Over 350 individual "stones". Exterior looking stone sealed with Modpod for an extra protective coating. Textured roof highlighted with snow. Entire structure sealed with Dullcote.
Overbuilt as per usual with structural support throughout inside, roof framing and wood floors throughout the structure.

Lights - three wired with resisters and one is wired for 12v.
Santa can be viewed sitting by the Christmas Tree through the four large windows on the side. Santa’s room lights up to show Santa and a Christmas Tree.
Christmas wreaths on exterior to give that extra feel of Christmas
Back of house has windows on both levels, entry door and North Pole sign.
Includes three Reindeer with three trees. This can be moved to other areas if desired. Notice Rudolph with his red nose.
