Most assuredly thank you veterans. I've been to three communist countries in the mid 1960s. Believe me, if you had the same experience, you would NEVER think the USA would even dream of
re-electing a traitor/coward like #47. Only if you are a moron.

November 3rd was my birthday, had a great day.
Veteran day brings alot of memories back to me. in 1964 when I enlisted in the military my life changed for the better, taking everything for granted before I enlisted I saw everything that I never knew existed. I appreciate more about America today than i ever have. Are we perfect no! But it is the best country ever!!
Those that complain about America should visit a foreign country and see the freedoms they don't have! Not every country but far too many where basic freedoms are not available.
Vietnam was a eye opener for me concerning our political system. When the president refused to listen to the generals but sent 500,000 young men to fight a war they could not win and in the end 57,000 young men and woman did not return. To this day I have not voted for the party that did it.
Btw, please forgive me for the rant.
