Exactly! I learned that a complaint is a gift! Lots of folks simply walk away after a bad experience. A complaint allows someone who cares to correct the problem. The operative phrase is “someone who cares”.
I will remind you again that I have written polite emails and left courteous voicemails suggesting they fix this issue. They have all been IGNORED.

Sorry George I missed your statement that you emailed them and VM letting them know what the problems are and no response from them. That is unacceptable. But in today's world I'm not surprised!
