The master of Legacy conversions has started the job of converting my 3rdrail L3b Mohawk to Legacy. Included in the conversion is whistle steam, firebox glow, and a weathering job.
In no particle order Bruk disassembles each can motor to lube and inspect. Steam dome will become the Legacy antenna. More pics to come as the work progesses. I should have it back by the end of the month.

Beautiful model - looking forward to the operating video!
Having a steam-powered non-electronic brain, I’m confused. I was under the impression that 3-rail command-control systems were all in availability limbo except for the latest thing from Lionel. Where do the conversion experts obtain all their electronic hardware from for these projects?

I purchase all the parts for my engine conversions during the 50% sale and send everything to Bruk for install
