Another tough read. Never thought this phase of our hobby would lead us through the passing of so many friends and colleagues. But it's happening all too frequently.
I met George a couple of times at Allentown ATMA, when I started thinning out my collection several years ago. But I hadn't seen him at recent shows. His "Whistle Stop Wednesday" videos became quite a fixture, although I hadn't seen any new ones on YouTube for roughly a year now. Never expected to read this today. RIP, George.

I too enjoyed his video's here. I met him once at York. A true character for sure. He will be missed.

Condolences to George's family.
Laz was a big part of the early success of the OGF forum and a founding member. Like other members I enjoyed his Whistle Stop Wednesday videos. I had a few phone conversations with him that were always pleasant. He also helped me with my first ERR install.

Ugh, a young guy of similar vintage...I'm very sorry to hear of his passing. It sounds like he had a good life, shared with those around him. Godspeed!

This is a terrible loss. George was a great friend to everybody he met. Condolences to Pam and the rest of his family.

RIP Laz. Prayers for Laz and his family and friends. I remember him on the forums going back to the year 2000. I think he was on the CTT Forum too, specifically the coffee pot thread.
