Trying to get layout going and thought was ready to run some trains?
I have 2 separate loops each powered by 180 brick connected to zwc. Inside loop on 1 handle, outside loop on the other handle. I am using menards track and have 2 menards switches on inner loop and 2 Ross switches on outer loop.
i tested everything and was running great and was at point to cut track for lift out, which I had already ran all wires.
I cut the track for the lift out and inner loop is running great, but outside loop is completely dead. I checked wires to zwc, switched bricks but same result so they are ok. Even put locomotive directly on track wired and still nothing anywhere on outside loop?
Stumped? HELP!

Put a tester right to the transformer were the wires come out for dead track, might be your transformer. I forget which model of the ZW, but one which took bricks had a part that would go and the part needed Lionel does not carry.

Check power with a meter. I’d be looking for something basic like a cut wire or something.

Update - found it, center rail insulator near cut section had moved. Thanks to all!
