Here's an update. Tom is in the hospital. Bob says he doesn't know where he is or recognizes his family. Getting old is bad enough, but to lose a lifetime is worse.

It has been reported elsewhere that Tom passed away. He has been one of the finest ambassadors that our hobby could ever have!

Met him and Touhy several times at York over the years.
Very nice guys who did a LOT for this hobby! Tom will be
sorely missed! But he is now playing with the biggest and
bestest toy train layout there is!
RIP sir! You will not be forgotten!
