I hope Lionel gets the green right. Your chances of a good color improve with Mr. Muffin being in charge. I bought a custom Lionel B&O steamer from him last year, and everything was perfect.

Nice looking locomotive in the green color scheme, IF LIONEL GETS IT RIGHT.
I'm OK with the delay, as it spaces out delivery of a few locomotives that caught my eye: Christmas F-19 (mid-July), D&RGW Triplex (late August), and the custom A1 Berk from Mr. Muffins (late September).

talk to Dave O today. Berks should be on the water by the end of July, six weeks later and Lionel should have them. Timing couldn't be worse with the warehouse sale in Sept as well and I have a very large list for that sale.
