Wanted: Someone to change a locomotive's number

All:

I have a brass Williams PRR K4s locomotive that came with the road number 3750.  I am looking for someone to change that number to 3849 - an engine that actually ran on the Panhandle Division.  There are 3 spots that would require modification - front number keystone and the two sides of the cab.

My preference would be someone local to the Pittsburgh area as shipping things these days is a dicey operation.  Please contact me via e-mail.
