The parade goes past my past my house and has been doing so since I was a boy. No marching bands because a lot of the kids go away for the summer, but there was a band.

Small town parades are always a fun time. Grandkids when they were just youngsters always liked the local parade, lots of candy tossed their way.

Denny
I always loved a parade. The South Haven Rescue truck is very close to ours. I also love the tractors. That is the farmer in me I guess.
Seayakbill
I know that as far as our fire department and any parades we are in, the parade organizers have told us no blowing horns, sirens or throwing out of candy or any other item. Bummer for thee kids in my opinion.

Now it's politicians and insurance companies.
