I saw some sad news from Tw Trainworx. Skip Natoli, whose magnificent NYC layout featured New York City landmarks, passed away after a brief struggle with cancer. I never knew him, but found his layout pictures via all the forums and social media. Those New York skyline scenes were certainly inspiring - here is his Facebook album ‘Christmas in New York City’. tinyurl.com/59uue663 Rest well, Mr. Natoli. Dave

Such very sad news indeed. Skip was one of the great guys in this hobby, and I’m stunned to read of his passing. Condolences to his family.
RIP, Skip.

Skip was a nice guy and should be best remembered for his NYC train walking tour that he posted for many years. Back then there were model trains and layouts all over NYC at Macys, GCT and the one at Citicenter.Skip always posted a map online of where to find them. All those layouts eventually disappeared and so did Skips walking tour posts.Condolences to the Natoli family. R.I.P. Skip you will be missed.

A great loss for his family, friends, and the three-rail community. The spirit of Christmas will take a hit with his passing. Godspeed, Mr. Natoli.

I saw the news on Facebook, such a great person, and a beautiful layout. Such skills that we will never see again. Thoughts and Prayers.
