The other Forum strikes again!

To Rocky Mountaineer....and others....there's a GREAT upside to putting together a "for sale" list! It will be a comprehensive record (hopefully put in needed details of item) of what you now own. Useful for insurance records. Useful for passing on the grandkids. Your wife/significant other can truly see how addicted you are to trains (guilty)! A simple Excell spreadsheet can be uploaded.
Honestly, Excell is quite easy to learn!
