There has been a bit of a food truck revival, at least around here. Some are very good. We have a coffee truck that comes to our office once a week and they have excellent coffee. Went on a company business trip to New York about 10 years ago and it seemed as every corner there was a food truck around noon lined up with customers. Every morning right outside the corporate office was a coffee vending truck, again with long lines. Also at Air Shows we had a bunch of Food Truck vendors everywere staked out.
