One of the projects I'm considering is modeling the old train station in my hometown of Cambridge, MD, which has been repurposed as a real estate office:

I love the classic small-station lines, and think it might be a relatively straightforward scratch build if I have to go that route, but before I charge into it, I was wondering if anyone had ever seen a pre-built model or kit that might serve as a fair basis for some creative kit-bashing. I'm no rivet counter, so anything reasonably close would be gratefully considered, with my thanks!
