Locomotive board burned and repairman advised that the following is needed for repair:
1. K Line 3202-900, or,
2. MKD - 090 cruise board
Bought a replacement from TrainZ, but it was the wrong board.
Any information or suggestions concerning the replacement parts listed above would be greatly appreciated.

I installed ERR boards in two of my Williams engines, so far I haven't had any issues. It's something you can consider.

I did check the MTF and thanks for the assistance. We will probably go with EER, but checking a PS-3 steam upgrade to see if that is a possibility.

Contact Roy from Royz Trains... He is very knowledgeable, He travels to York as well. He was able to repair my K4 with cruise control that had a blown board in two weeks. He also is the sole owner of ERR upgrades and does all the upgrades for 3rd rail products royztrains.com/ |

Wha-What? I just spoke to him in April York about a repair... is this news from last week?

If you go the ERR route and need help installing, actually very easy, I'll be happy to do it for you. Just postage both ways. I've done the K Line Hudsons and Berkshires before. Very easy. Just get the boards and sound board also if you want it.

Wha-What? I just spoke to him in April York about a repair... is this news from last week? Check the link I posted. There in black and white. ERR is held by 3rdrail not Royz. you can buy from 3rdrail, Royz trains is just a distributor

NOT the owner of ERR products. However he did not state anything to me that he was retiring.
