Post by rtraincollector on 4 hours ago Note per the flyer that Traindiesel posted it says "Lionel's National Train day" not National Train Day. So it was a promotional made up by Lionel promotion department most likely. If it had been done by Lionel’s production department it would have read “Lionel’s Nationel Train Day”. Alfred It does, look at the center of the poster

Besides has anyone ever cared about NTD or LTD? I never remember ever saying hey! Its national train day or Lionels version in December. It seems to be a whole thread about nothing!

I am so used to seeing spelling errors, poor English and typos in posts that I didn’t realize you misspelled National on purpose.

Dave Maybe I should retitle the thread Seinfeld celebrates National Train Day/Lionel National Train Day and then this all would all be about nothing. But the question is should it be if there is an opportunity to promote the hobby and connect with real train enthusiasts? Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
