Well MTH just announced that the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is once again available for preorder from EZ Catch and Dixie Union Station with the obligatory limited quantities warning.
Another blow struck against the secondary market? But then again, maybe not as sales appear to be brisk.
It would be nice if the fold down stage car became available again as well.
But the icing on the cake would be if Miller Engineering would come up with an after market kit to put real neon on the cars just like the real train. The box cars would allow easy placement of the needed batteries.

I'm really surprised that Miller hasn't jumped on the bandwagon on these Christmas themed rolling stock and many of the Woodland item offerings. One thing that has fallen on deaf ears at Millers also is I asked many times for a 48 star flag for the many of us that model the 50s and before eras.

Maybe we should start a Miller Engineering Go Fund Me campaign for our pet Holiday/American Flag projects!

Well, maybe if we wait a little longer, we can still get a "48 star flag" again and it will be current! Russia says they want Alaska back and Hawaii wants to be their own Kingdom again. So there is that! LOL! ("What is old is new again."?) How about some one who has a 3D printer (they are inexpensive now and readily available and apparently easy to use) trying out a run of 48 Star Flags in some thin media that can be backlit? That's how the reproduction/replacement parts "cottage industries" started. With a hobbyist who saw a need and filled it. If Miller Engineering won't do it, then somebody else surely will.
