27th Anniversary for Martha and I on the 18th. I’ve discussed with her and we agreed that we would accept gifts in the form of model trains this year.  |

Somehow Martha still puts up with me and claims to love me. She is a tough woman so trains, ham radios and any other silly thing that permeates my brain doesn’t seem to bother her. And even after 5 years of dating and knowing my nerdy tendencies she still married me. I am a Blessed and lucky guy for sure.

Today, 6th May - also the anniversary of the Hindenburg Disaster - I am completing what my sage elder brother describes as my 72nd circuit of the sun. I have a nice new model passenger car to show for it; see this week's Side Shot Saturday.
