Anyone have experience with applying decals to Woodside reefers? If so do you have any advice you can give me before I attempt this new project?
Thank you.

GLOSS Clear Coat first. I assume these are water slide decals? Get some Micro Sol and Micro Set. Apply the Micro Set (Blue Text Bottle) on the area you intend the apply the decal. You can do this while the decal is in the water. Apply the decal. Gently position. Maybe apply a few more decals allowing the first few to set up. Apply some Micro Sol (Red Text Bottle) to the first few decals now. GENTLY use a brush to push the decal into the cracks and cervices. Lightly brush smooth. The Micro Set will soften the decal an make it hug the raised areas. You might want to repeat the Micro Set process in 6-12 hours. If you get air bubbles you can pop the bubble with the tip of an exacto knife and apply more Micro Set. After 24-48 hours if you are satisfied, clear coat the model again with your choice of Semi Gloss, Satin or Flat. Whatever look you are going for. Here is an example of decals on a wooden work caboose.

A word of caution. Once you apply a Micro product. DON'T touch the decal until it's dry.
