Just wanted to pass along some information about the Lionel transformers that can be used for both the CAB2 and CAB1L. I also suspect they will be the same ones for use on the CAB3. Last time I looked they were still in stock so if you need a replacement or just one in case get them while you can. List price is $18.00. Here is a picture with the part number.  |

Cab3 has a internal power supply so no need for a power pack. Plus it's three prong cord for better signal reception.

I just didn’t know that using a larger font would be so bold or give the appearance of shouting. My eyesight is not what it used to be and sometimes the smaller type is hard to see. It’s especially true if I’m posting a long post. BTW: No offense taken.

The only reason I said anything is because my cousin use to post with upper caps on FaceBook and was told he was shouting. So I figure it's the norm.

Using all capital letters is considered ‘shouting’ in internet speak, not larger font. (I wonder who made that call?)
