I think I saw that somewhere else and it was produced but very limited quanta ties. I seem to remember another railroad had them too.

No ... THIS is an UGLY locomotive! click image to enlargeYes! It really IS a locomotive! You can Google it on the net. It is presently preserved on a museum road and is slowly rusting away. Don't know if it still runs or not. But it did good service for the Haysi Railroad when they got it and made it what it was.
