Gary, each member has to login at least once a year but they don't have to post. Some members login regularly but never post. It would be nice if they posted, they would contribute and make friends, but if reading threads and never posting is how they enjoy the forum that's OK. Joe, there are a lot of members who haven't logged into the site for years, and have never posted. Now that you mention it, I think Brian did this. He and Elizabeth were both sick for a long time so I’m guessing no one has kept up with it. It’s the same with the birthday list. I think us moderators have to discuss this and come up with a plan.
