Okay, font change is temporary for one post, not permanent.
Don't think there is a user preference for a permanent font change.

Yup, they appear to be temporary (which I actually view as a good thing, lol). Also, I think you can mix and match within the same post by highlighting the text string you want to change, then selecting the font you want to use for the string.
This is cool.
