It may be staring me right in the face but I can't seem to find the process by which an interested party can become a member.
Can someone please help me out?

Your friend just needs to click on Register and fill in the details.
You won’t see that because you are logged into the forum.

...and make sure your friend checks his SPAM folder.
I registered and waited for almost 2 weeks unnecessarily. OGF sent a prompt reply, but it went to my SPAM and I never thought to look.
