Identify MTH Caboose

Can anyone help identify this MTH Caboose? Is black trimmed in yellow, lighted, red side marker lights, ladders both ends, Pennsy decal and PRR decals on sides, 165166 number on each side. Internet search doesn't bring anything up. Looks like extended version series?

I was just on the MTH products page and there is only one Black PRR caboose. Not your road number though.

So they either...
Made other road numbers.
This was a custom run and not cataloged.
Someone custom painted it.
