Tender

I am reposting an issue I am having with my tender activating as soon as I put power to the track. I have 2 other tracks that are running fine. I just finished taking the track apart and putting it back together thinking that might solve the problem but it didn't. I am assuming I have an issue with the track somewhere and if that is the case how do I find it.  Each track has its own controller and switching controllers makes no difference. Thanks
