While unboxing a new set of MTH passenger cars that represent the 20th Century Limited last night it dawned on me that it was an all sleeper train. Most of the the cars gave a corridor running the length of the car on one side with compartments on the other. How would the cars have been positioned on the prototype? Would the corridors always be uniform on one side of the train or a mishmash depending on how the train as assembled?
