Adam glad it is finally put to bed. Basic's it is always back to the basic's that we must start. Track, loose connections and wiring in that order. I went on a computer call one time and the complaint was it worked great when I shut it down but now does nothing. Problem - power cord unplugged from wall outlet. ALWAYS STAT AT THE BASIC STARTING POINT. My church has a 500 mbps and a 300 mbps upload contract with Xfinity. I complained because our upload was 3.06 to 31.43. Was having a hard time streaming live (duh wonder why). I called and they sent an older gentlemen (who knew how to do his job). First place he went was pole out side and then followed and checked every connection. All was okay but on and that helped but did not cure the problem. Being a Business account it should have been repaired in three days. As of now a week later they still have a problem somewhere else on their system but I WAS SUPER IMPRESSED THAT THE GUY STARTED AT THE BEGINNING WITHOUT BEING TOLD TO.
