Not only buying used, but also what is out there, the description be accurate, lotsa pictures showing the item, any problems, defects, or anything missing. Then the pricing and shipping charges, and any Taxes added on.
Pricing is also important and see that Trainz has followed their pricing with leaders on the high end and hardly a bargain on much they have.
I been lucky when selling items. I look at the high end and low end and read description. I then work my item from low end and toward the middle and lower my asking 8% of the middle with a Best Offer also including. So far have sold every item I have put up within 10 days, 80% at my asking and the other 20% taking best offers. Never a problem. Buyer is Happy and so am I.
