I find it odd that Lionel also didn't go after their engineer since he as probable other employees who develop or involved in new technology for the hobby, signed a non-disclosure agreement with Lionel. I remember signing several times these forms and also receiving monetary for signing. If I did, I could be sued if I took my or companies technology and shared it with new employers. Seems more like Lionel wanted to rid competition also.
