Not to be a smart guy but what is it? Dave That my friend is a modified custom 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT. It features a reworked leather interior, a GM 2006 3800 SC(supercharged engine), 4 speed 4T65eHD automatic transmission with many select custom speed equipment parts on the engine and suspension. Its fuel injected and the best part is that it gets 29 hwy MPG on my trips to the GM Nationals at Carlisle every June. Most of the time it can be seen in NJ at area cruise nights in Somerville and Flemington. The Pontiac Fiero was the only mid engined car that GM made up until the new Corvette made its debut. That reminds me of my car in high school. a 1967 Chevy Nova with a 427 squeezed into it. Buddies father built it for drag strip but kept it just barely street legal. Offer to his son my buddy but didn't want it so he sold it to me. And it was a sleeper. light yellow with some red primer here and there it also had a 3/4 ratable cam. So it sounded like junk at a dead stop until you touched the gas. Man I miss that car. Oh I was lucky to get 8 MPG

You guys have some amazing collections. I admire your collections but have no desire to start one of my own because I don't collect anything, not even trains. All the trains I have I run. If I find that I have trains that I don't run I sell them. I have other hobbies but collecting isn't one of them. hey Joe - that's known as temporarily collecting.

Very cool car, I remember the name but not the car. Thank you for expanding my knowledge of that car. Dave

I collect, and wear, Invicta watches. I’ve got 200+ in various styles and colors.

I also collect sports figure bobble heads. I never set out to but I always seem to have tickets for games when they offer them for the last 20 or so years. And since my wife attends the games too we end up with two of them. We never pay for them as they are promotional items the teams give away to those in attendance.

Brian, at one time I had two shoe boxes of baseball cards. I can't recall what ever happened to them - I have a great regret about this. Alfred

As I've mentioned, I have a large collection of Matchbox; however, the collecting stopped a while ago. Like Bill, I run the trains I have. If I acquire any, its for running, and I don't sell what I have - it's a modest amount. What I am realizing now, as I am clearing out the attic, is that I have collected a good deal of junk - and dust. Alfred

I don't do war gaming myself, but do offer a heart-felt shout out to all the war gamers who've posted valuable videos about diorama building, which translate pretty directly to scenic crafting on the layout!
