Sorry......30th St, Philadelphia The tall modern building on the right houses Amtrak offices. I am looking west across the Schuykill River (from the dog park at my son’s apartment building) The tracks to my immediate front are former B&O, now CSX, that ran from DC through Baltimore to the New York metro area changing in the Philly area to Reading tracks. The 2nd picture shows the tracks from 30th St into Center City Philadelphia over the river onto the old Pennsylvania Suburban Station  The Pennsylvania RR letters light up every night.......52 years after the end of the Pennsylvania RR!
