I think we all got tricked by that. The lit tree would work great as Godzillas fire breath.

They should make a Godzilla where his back lights up like in the movie. When that happens you know you're in trouble.

For all you Godzilla fans there are two movies in the works. One from the USA Which will be out mid 2024 and a Japanese version sometime late next year but that is not written In stone.

They should make a Godzilla where his back lights up like in the movie. When that happens you know you're in trouble. Back in the mid 1960s I had Godzilla and King Kong plastic model kits made by Revelle. On the Godzilla model it had two different back fins you could install. One of them being a glow-in-the-dark version that would slightly glow when in a dark area.
On my N Scale layout I had at the time I took the monsters off of their bases and placed them in the city. Godzilla was at one end of town wading through the buildings.
On the Kong model he was positioned knocking down trees and one foot stepping over a Boulder with Faye Rae in his right hand. I removed Faye and placed the opening of the hand over a pointed church steeple and his raised foot perched on the “A” peak roof on the other side of town. It fit perfectly and looked like Kong and Godzilla were heading towards a confrontation!!
I have no idea what ever happened to those models. I couldn’t find them when I moved my trains to my first apartment.

Brian, I think mom happened!! Dave Mom is the first suspect. She also disposed of all my baseball cards. Including a Nolan Ryan rookie card.

Dave, after Godzilla finishes tearing up your layout, don't forget to collect the scrap and re-use it on flatcars or scenery. Alfred
