Hello everyone! I don't know if this has been mentioned recently but I anted to share with you some thoughts on a great train club I joined recently : The Canadian Toy Train Association! They are a great group of guys (and gals) who have once every quarter on line chats. Although, as you would expect, they are mostly based in Canada (British Columbia seems to be the core of the group) they have membership through out North America to include extensive membership in the United States. They are very welcoming to new members and the club is growing! The online chat is a lot of fun with train guys from the US and Canada talking about their latest finds, the shows they have attended and work on their layouts. It is a great way to make new friends. The Canadian Toy Train Association is also famous for their uncatalogued runs of MTH and Atlas cars with Canadian themes. They sell out fast and are fun to collect. If you would like to know more check out their website: www.canadiantoytrains.org/

And the CTTA does great custom / special runs! Yes! And they have just announced that Atlas is manufacturing a Pacific Great Eastern Railway 40’ stock car in their Trainman line. The artwork isn't even complete and they are 70% sold out!

Yep, an all-round decent bunch - I joined last year, although I’m one of the more geographically remote members.
