Lately I have been buying a lot of Williams trains (new and used). I’ve been very happy with them. I’ll be sharing my Williams acquisition on this thread. Feel free to do the same!!!!! My newest Williams Engine. I love the colors and logo on this one. Gulf, Mobile and Ohio

I was just running my CN 44-tonner on a log train - I do like my Williams equipment. Maybe Menards should make Bachmann an offer and revitalize that line. 😉 Dave Running an all-Williams consist at the club: The same passenger cars behind a Williams 10-wheeler

Here is my Williams collection. Solid quality and runners, all of them.
Canadian National 44-Toner. Surprisingly fun and strong engine.
Canadian Pacific Trainmaster. This came to me at a low cost and needed some TLC. With a bit of wiring fixes and some lube, she runs great.
SantaFe GP-38. Reliable workhorse
NYC Pacific Steamer. Good engine, but they added a lot of small detail so this one is fairly delicate. I have had to make a few fixes because of my poor attention to care when I handle it. Runs and sounds great!
Boston & Maine F3 ABA set. This is the crown jewel in my Williams collection. Looks and runs great. I bought an MTH RailKing passenger set to run behind it. Looks like they were meant to be together.

Most of mine are packed away or a little far to take a pic as train table is between me and them. But I have 3 PRR GG1, a Tuscan red converted to TMCC, Brunswick green one with Early Williams sound set-up Engine sounds and horn you operate how you want, also a little bit of dialog as you get started, and a Black onw with truesound II, I also have 6 FM Trainmasters, 3 power 3 dummies, 2 Virginian blue stripe, 2 Virginian Black stripe and 2 Southern. The Virginian power unit have been converted to TMCC with rail sounds, The Southern has The original sound set up also.
They don't look it in the pic, because of how far away from me they are ( about 17' ) but there 22" long I believe, they are the scale version.
I also have a Brass Steam engine ( Southern and another diecast steam engine ( Southern)

Love the B&M F units Adam. Williams made some great trains. I like the F Units, sharks,SD90's, 4-6-0's. The all run smooth and quiet

Is anyone running the Williams EF-4 electric locomotives? Dave I don’t have those but a close friend of mine has Virginian EF-4’s pulling the rare Williams 16” Virginian aluminum passenger cars. A real beauty of a set. Someone offered him big bucks for them several years ago. He’s glad he kept them.
