Lol! Traindiesel, yes you nailed the common plot lines. The movies are predictable but they are also uplifting and get us into the Christmas spirit.

Not much of a Hallmark movie watcher but after Brian's detailed description I might have to try and catch a few when they're on.

And we (I) like to predict the outcomes. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Guilty! I have been chased from the room when I make plot-related comments. Ah, the love-lorn heroine thoughtfuly sipping hot chocolate while gazing out the window in the perfectly decorated house she maintains with no visible means of support......
"Out!" says the boss, "Go play with your trains!"

They never fall in love till the last two minutes. Oh no, Sir James. They are in love for most of the movie. They just try to fight it. When the snow starts falling, it’s over. The love fills the chilly holiday air!

A mere technicality. OK they don't admit it till the last two minutes.

Ok you Grinchs, we all know the plot from beginning, Middle, and the end. But you gotta love it, romance never fails especially at Christmas and on Hallmark it is a chance to live your young life all over again, but you avoid all the stupid mistakes that you made all those years ago and that Hallmark does not make.

I always find it fascinating how one of the principals in the movie that has a lifelong displeasure of Christmas gets their attitude turned around in under two hours! And when they step in the “snow” they don’t leave a footprint!
But I enjoy watching them. I get some decorating ideas!

Along with the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries Channel, there are Christmas movies on the UpTv Network too!

Christmas Vacation was on last night so I guess it's officially Christmas season. Oh and we had wet snow all day as well. None stuck.
