Ahh, the very rare Mickey's Dinner offered by D56 many, many years ago. Emile took a few liberties in changing the name. At one time, this building sold for over $ 1000.00.

When did you score this one, Emile? I’ve had this one for 10 years or so. The sign reading “Tippy’s” diner is printed on glossy photo paper, cut to fit and then attached with rubber cement. That way, I can easily remove the custom signage without any damage to the original building. |

Emile, in the hey-day of D56 collecting, Mickey's Diner was one of the most sought after buildings. I was at a secondary market meet and saw one change hands for the 1K.
