I noticed that you elevate them on foam block so the wheels are off the ground. Is there any reason that the wheels shouldn't touch the ground?

I had in the past this issue.

I noticed the tires on one of mine seemed gummy.
I thought the foam was to keep the tires from getting a flat spot.
