No Penn on my layout, so here is an unusual pic of one of their units. Anybody know what this is? Has anyone modeled it?

Thanks for the video, George. That's a very cool engine. It looks, sounds and runs great. I really like the sparking pantograph effect.

Great to have FFF back and going again, Brian! Menards has offered several cars in the past couple year in NS Heritage Scheme for Pennsylvania Railroad. I bought both of these Hopper cars in the past year... Covered Hopper with hatches. Open Hopper with Coal Menards just came out with a Pennsylvania Caboose with flashing marking lights on the backside that matches the hoppers above. I am thinking about buying this caboose... Continuing with the NS Heritage Scheme for Pennsylvania Railroad: Emile, I really like the paint scheme on Lionel Heritage PRR SD70ace! I have come close to pulling the trigger on purchasing the PRR & N&W a few times but lacked the courage in proceeding forward because of some of the problems with sound and smoke unit when they were made by Lionel in the 2009-2011 time frame. Have you had any problems with yours?

Have you had any problems with yours? I haven’t had any problems at all with this Diesel. It runs smooth and pulls strong. Maybe I got lucky. Emile

My interest in the Pennsylvania Railroad caught my attention several months ago when I learned that the K4 was used to pull the Southern Crescent Limited Passenger Train from Washington, DC to New York back in late 1920's and early 1930's. I also learned that GG1 was used to pull the Southern Crescent Limited too. I guess I have to add PRR K4 and GG1 to my collection to pull my Southern Crescent Limited Passenger Cars!

Doggone clearest picture of the Amtrak, I have seen in forum material, and for that matters the complete posting of pics.
