I like the blackened look. On the cobblestone - I'd go with different browns. Blackwash to fill in the cracks. You could even blacken areas to show tire tracks.

Just a suggestion for concrete driveways, sidewalks, etc. You can test on the backside of your project. What I've done is spray with a light gray primer, then lightly mist with Rust o leum Camo sand color, quick shots at a distance that will just allow a small amount of sprays to contact project. After all is dry, give it a blackwash, which will highlight cracks, cobblestone, etc. Then on parking area of vehicles, trailers, you can with a small brush and black chalk/powder add tire marks and age. Seal with a Matte clear coat.

If Airbrushing, I've used Badger "weathered Black" also after black wash has dried. Also used this can be used to give a look to buildings close to trackage from steam engine smoke residue. For roofing I've used very fine sandpaper glued down and spray painted black then airbrushed with weathered black.

Joe, t That looks terrific. Put some workers in front of the roof access and have them repairing leaks. The trucks are a great find. Nice vehicles.

Joe, that building front is looking awesome. You really have the weathering process down. That’s something I’m hoping to learn this year.
