This year on OGF we are starting a new thread called Christmas & Holiday Cards!! This thread will allow members to post their Christmas & Holiday Greetings to one another.
This has been an usual year. For some, this Christmas & Holiday Season may be separated from family & friends. Remember, sometimes a simple greeting can make someoneโs day a brighter & better day!! Thanksgiving & Christmas are time of happy remembrance and greeting of good friends!
As we begin this Christmas & Holiday Season, let us take the time to think about one another and post a greeting to other forum members!!

A Special Holiday Greetings to those that work in the Medical Field here. I want to thank you for your hard work in caring for patients in this critical time. It is often taken for granted for all the workers that work behind the scenes at Medical Clinics and Hospitals. They often work major holidays without being with their own families. This Holiday season many will be in the Hospital without no family and friends beside them because of no visitors allowed in the Hospital because of COVID. It is the nurses, doctors, and other medical staff that will be there to support and care for them. It is their care that can brighten a person that is sick to have a better day!! To all all Medical workers here on OGF....Stay well and take care of yourselves this Holiday Season!!
This photo of me was taken in the past 2 weeks at the medical clinic I work in. I work as an administrator for the clinic.

This year I'm fooling most people on my card list. I got about 60 photo Christmas cards on eBay that were sent back in the 1950s. On the reverse side I've put a small sticker with my wife's and my name on it. Bought some plain envelopes. I can hear it now..."Who the devil is this from???". I'm even mailing them from out of state.

I bet there will be some surprised recipients of those Christmas Cards, Joe.

I bet there will be some surprised recipients of those Christmas Cards, Joe. I finished addressing and sealing them a few minutes ago. 46 "funny" cards and 4 "serious" ones. Which proves there are more people that think I'm crazy vs those that aren't sure. Will mail them after Dec. 1 from a different state. Decided on North East, Maryland. I get to visit a new antique shop, and it's only a 50 minute drive.

This is our "serious" card this year...kids looking into a toy store window in the 1800s. The message inside reads: "May the joys of childhood be yours this holiday season". Kind of fitting for this group.
