The question now is, how much beer will 94.00 plus tax/shipping buy. Then ask yourself which is the better bargain?

Where are you seeing these, Forrest? I tried to look them up because Blatz is a great name that I actually remember while "Eastside (Los Angeles)" is not but I'd very much like to see what it's like.🍺 No luck finding them via Google, however.

Personally I have not had an Ol' Milwaukee beer since I was allowed one beer with my Dad cooking on the barbeque. I think that car would look good on my layout.
Come to think of it, I remember sipping my beer and he would fire up the cooker, bring his AM transistor radio out and we would listen to the Detroit Tigers... I was in charge of making sure the coals where glowing red on the bottom with my poker stick...
seems like yesterday … then again it seems like 100 years ago...

Nice to have cured myself of "reefer madness" quite some time ago. Fortunately, that ship has sailed for me, and it was a fun ride for awhile. But Atlas-O produced just too darn many of them. So I can now browse Atlas-O catalogs, and rarely reach for my wallet because they've priced me out of their market. I almost wanna say the first models back in the day carried a $59 MSRP. And aside from a very short list of rare special-runs, these don't move at train shows unless they're priced around $40-$45/each.
I've kept some favorites over the years, but in the last two Allentown ATMA shows I've sold nearly all my Atlas-O 36' reefers and well over half of my 40' reefers. I just don't have the display space for them all. But when I do run a good-sized reefer train, they're quite the crowd-pleaser due to their quality and rich color schemes.
Sorry folks need to dig so deep in their pockets to keep up with Atlas-O these days.

The 40' plug door Boxcars and beer trailers look good. Who knows? Maybe!
