Uh remember Brian, this is a 1957 model Oldsmobile, not a '58, as is the Olds station wagon. This is what a 1958 Oldsmobile Super 88 Holiday looks like. OMG, That is a beautiful car Vern. Drop dead gorgeous!! I agree, harborbelt and Wood. The good old days.

You are correct, Vern, it is indeed a 1957 Oldsmobile. I fixed the description.
Many thanks for pointing this out.

It was correct in my inventory file, I just made an error in transferring the info. Thanks again, Vern.

OK, HERE ARE MY CHOICES!!
BEST IN SHOW...……..'57 OLDS SUPER HOLIDAY 88.
SECOND PLACE...……….'53 OLDS FIESTA CONVERTABLE.
THIRD PLACE...…………..'53 BUICK SKYLARK CONVERTABLE.
FOURTH PLACE...……….'58 EDSEL CITATION.
I KNOW A LOT OF YOU LIKE THE STUD, BUT FOR ME I WOULD VOTE FOR IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR. SORRY BRIAN! THAT '49 BUICK WOODIE IS PRETTY SPECIAL TOO. SO IS THE '58 OLDS SUPER FIESTA STATION WAGON. BUT, IN THE END COLORS CAME INTO PLAY AS WELL!!
Gary.

It looks so good on the layout, Emile. Can't miss it. That car and plate are really impossible to beat. But stubbornly I'm not changing my vote - Buick first, Stude fourth.

I was hoping for a "fun" thread and this has proved to be just that.
Elizabeth is painting the signs now for each entrant so that award ribbons can be attached to them when this contest ends.

Hey Brian:
For me, my votes are as follows:
Best of show: 1958 Chevrolet Impala 1st Place: 1957 Oldsmobile Super Holiday 2nd Place: 1953 Oldsmobile Fiesta Convertible 3rd Place: Edsel citation
I'd be happy with any of them in real life, but that is my list.
Charlie
