Impressive. But it reminds me of the first pilot Polystyrene plant built by Rexall Chemical in Channahon, Ill. off I-55. Later it became a production unit. The 2 storage Tanks which held Polystyrene Beads would be the same height even with top platform. What is hidden inside the building would be the 3 Polystyrene reactors, 2 dump/wash tanks, and a dryer on bottom floor which had a roll up door as shown. The tanks would airflow to Hopper cars or to also the pellet unit were the beads were heated and extruded into pellets then blown into hopper cars. There was a 2 unit attached to the pellet unit which was OPS (Oriented Polystyrene), which used pellets produced and made plastic rolled sheets of 2500 to 5000 ft length, anywhere from 12 inches to 4' width. This Menard offering has many potentials.
