Medium rare on the steak last night? Yes, medium, it was tender on the inside, with a little char on the outside. It was an 8 ounce Fillet Mignon with a crabcake on top, all covered in bernaise sauce, a twice baked potato and grilled vegetables on the side. Awesome dinner followed by gifts, then a nine hour slumber. Great Birthday. Thanks for all the nice thoughts. i got one train related gift, Barry’s latest DCS book. |
