They have a nice website. The wagons are relatively cheap compared to Brawa or Lenz. I really like the DR four axle flat car.

Well, while we're on the subject of the 1947 train, I looked again at my museum photos and may as well add these of the respective interiors of the cars.
1. Can't recall exactly what this car was designated (sleeper, parlour or whatever) but it had this sitting area at the forward end:
2. As I had been modeling a Pullman-built diner kitchen before having to make this trip, I was particularly interested in the dining car. Could only see part of the kitchen through the side windows but I tracked down the right hand image of the staff at work in this very car during the 1947 tour. On the far left of this photo is what you can see through the windows, still gleaming stainless steel:
Notably the big range is the very same design Pullman used in Streamliner era cars built in the US, and that's what ended up in my Lionel TX Special Sam Houston diner.
