How long do you think these special runs by Lionel, MTH and Atlas will remain popular. These are basically the only things keeping MTH afloat aside from some routine reruns. Ironically enough… we don’t hear of cancellations too often these days. But JR Junction Trains & Hobby shared an MTH dealer correspondence on Facebook indicating the MTH Premier AC6000 Kamala Harris presidential series locomotive has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

Here are a few modern MTH trailer names I made on the PC and sold over the years. Some ideas you might like to copy... Oh man you are killing me with the 7Up trailer. My suggestion , Don't ask me to visit. It may be missing afterwards lol. I would be interested in buying it if you want to sell it. Curtis

Rather than indicate any political preference for one candidate or another, IMO the lack of interest in this engines is that it is totally lacking in visual interest.

Gee… I thought I was just providing a bit of news for everyone. And I didn’t even use any laughing, smiley or winking emojis. Was it something I said???

But not to be out done Train World announces an MTH Ronald Reagan steam engine. What's their hurry?
Is their some Reagan anniversary/birthday that would prompt this otherwise seemingly out of left (or right) field choice?

I obviously have not been paying attention.

To stay away from the political comments. I agree about the paint scheme on this one, nothing does it justice to purchase it other than to collect presidential candidate type locomotives.

I wouldn't be able to make up my mind, but I agree about the 7Up trailer.

I don't like any Presidential engine. Don't really care who is running but these type of engines just divide us not bringing us together like a hobby should.

Stockyard Express did quite a number of twin Sears PUP trailers on Nickel Plate Road flatcars. I believe 2 more rod numbers are due in November… but I’d call the store directly to see if any are left for pre-order. Best of luck!
