Been working on this engine all winter with a custom shell, paint and decals. I will show it off when it's finished, but I did want to share how I did the On/Off switch and Charge Jack. I realized there are screw holes on the opposite side of the shell posts used to screw the shell to the frame. So I simply screwed on a piece of styrene plastic and cut out holes for the switch and barrel jack connector. I cut the plastic tabs off of the fan vent and glued a rare earth magnet to the bottom. The magnet connects to the barrel jack connector holding the fan vent in place, but not too strong, so I can easily remove.
