Monday afternoon I felt slight tightness to the chest, shortness of breath, and pain. So today ( I know should of gone then ) I'm at the V.A. hospital in Asheville, N.C. They are keeping me overnight for observation and a stress test in the morning.
Feeling fine now but glad I came. I should be home tomorrow some time.

It’s good that you went to the hospital. If you have a heart problem it’s better to catch and treat it sooner rather than later. Hang in there and let us know how you are doing.

Smart to rush to the hospital. Adding you to my prayer list. I hope you receive a clean bill of health and are back in the train room soon.

You did good going to the Hospital. Let us know when you get home safely. Meanwhile a prayer will be said by us both that a clean slate is given.

You did the right thing. I experienced similar symptoms a while back. I spent several hours in the ER, but they could find anything wrong.

rtraincollector, Keeping you in my prayers. Thankfully you did right and went to have it checked out rather than checking out!

Always worth checking something out that doesn’t seem quite right. Gotta listen to our body, when it’s sending a warning sign. Hope all goes well with the observations and tests!

rtraincollector, Keep us posted on the test results. Praying that this was just a transient event and that there are no serious implications. Alfred
