I would encourage all of you to consider having your layout published. CTT is your best choice as Roger Carp is terrific to work with and they are the largest publishing firm in our O-Gauge hobby. There is a lot of pride in achieving this accomplishment. I will be happy to assist any member in getting this done. I have contacts.
We have had our previous layout published twice and a Tom McComas video produced as well. Our most recent layout has also been published as well.

My layout is not in any kind of shape for this type of presentation. However, I did get a description of my layouts published in LOTS Switcher Magazine last year. I have attached the pre-publication copy. Alfred

RE: Building a Multi-Level Layout Post by dlagrua on May 3, 2023 at 6:25pm I always believed that O gauge layouts should have interesting features. When the Hill Lines was built not only did I try to stay away from too many straight runs for levels were chosen, Two run partly over and under the table, while one runs at table top and the other is placed above the table top. The result looked good to me and because limited space was available on the table top, four separate loops was achieved. Dennis, You should consider getting published. Alfred

I agree for the ones that have great layouts, mine will never be to that quality, and I'm good with that, it's really for my enjoyment, and that is good enough for me. I do enjoy seeing others layouts. Weather it is here or in a publication.

I urge all of you to consider having your layout published. So many undersell what they have accomplished with their layout builds.
I will be happy to assist any of our members to get their layouts published.

There is a story behind my layout and its a decent size with three towns, a mine, river gorge etc. I did speak to Roger about it. He said to send pictures and I did. He replied that they were not good enough to publish.
